Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our supportive finance team and work within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.
Manage project progress claim, customer invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations.
Follow up outstanding accounts and manage aged debtors.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
Respond to supplier and customer account enquiries.
Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
About you
Solid understanding of core finance and accounting data entry principles




Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB is desirable
