Job Description
Accor Sydney Olympic Park is looking for a friendly front desk guest services agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and deliver warm, qualified service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
You will handle inquiries, assist with group arrivals, operate the phone system, process payments, and promote our loyalty programs, working alongside the Pullman, Novotel and Ibis brands.
A background in hospitality and strong communication skills are valued, with flexible availability including nights
