Job Description
St Thomas Private Pty Ltd t/a Seaside Shahi Indian Restaurant in Wollongong is seeking an experienced Chef to plan, organise, prepare, and cook in a busy kitchen while supervising operations and maintaining HACCP compliance.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and at least 5 years of full time kitchen experience with supervisory responsibilities.
You will plan menus, determine portions, and manage stock, while training junior staff and collaborating with management on cost
