This full-time, permanent role focuses on implementing wellbeing programs, leading pastoral teams and fostering a safe, inclusive learning setting.
You'll collaborate with the pastoral care leadership to monitor outcomes, support social and emotional development, and strengthen student belonging across Year 7–12 cohorts.
