You will beone of only two senior leaders, reporting directly to the Director, with real authority over sales, major customers, pricing and commercial performance.

The Role
You will:
Own the sales and gross-margin budget.
Lead and develop a team of four.
Personally manage major contractors and key accounts.
Drive robust year-on-year sales growth.
Manage complex projects from quotation through delivery.
Make key pricing and commercial decisions.
