What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking experienced Asphalt Sealing Labourers to join their crew in Swanbank in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, working 9-10hr shifts across day & night shifts (roster received in advance). You will meet at the depot in Swanbank and travel out to various sites as a crew.

Duties will include:
Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations
Work alongside truck drivers, plant operators and crew members
General labouring duties on civil road projects
Raking,



shovelling and site clean-up
Load and unload materials and equipment
Follow strict safety procedures on active roadwork sites

What You Will Need
MR or HR Truck Licence (mandatory)
White Card (mandatory)
Previous labouring experience in the civil or asphalting industry
RII tickets (desirable)
Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
Willingness to work away from home when required
Willingness to work across days and nights
Physically fit and safety-focused
