We’re looking for a full time Pilates Instructor to join the HIIT Pilates team.

This is for someone who already knows the fitness industry and is ready for more! More hours, more prospect and more earning potential.

You’ll teach up to 20 classes per week, across all three locations; Waterloo, Rosebery & St Leonards

What we’re looking for:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Certified Pilates Instructor
Confident, energetic and engaging on the studio floor
Strong communication and people skills
Flexible availability across the week
Reliable, proactive and willing to work hard
Motivated by targets and earning potential
Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Someone who sees an prospect and goes after it





Someone who has a passion for helping students, wants to earn well and understands the mentality of the more you put in, the more you get out.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to teach a few classes and head home. We want someone who wants to teach & contribute and grow with the business.

Full time | Approx. 20 classes per week
