Throughout 2026, we have been rapidly expanding due to recent civil construction projects across Newcastle, Maitland, and the Hunter Valley. We have several current openings for Formwork Carpenters, Steelfixers, and Labourers available for an immediate start. Please note: These are local-based positions and are not a FIFO chance. We are seeking experienced formwork carpenters, steelfixers, and laboourers who strictly reside within 50kms of Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions, and are committed to working on projects throughout these local areas.

Overall Requirements:
Must be local to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie
Must be available to start immediately
Must hold a valid Drivers Licence and own transport




Must hold a NSW White Card
Experience as a Formworker, Steelfixer, or Labourer is essential
Experience in Commercial and Civil works is essential
Ability to work as a team and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of safety practices
Permanent Australian resident

Additional Requirements for Formworker Roles:
Must have Commercial and/or Civil Experience
Minimum of a completed Cert III in Carpentry or Cert III in Formwork/Falsework
Lift shaft and wall experience is advantageous
Prior experience with steelfixing and concreting is advantageous
Competency in using workshop machinery and power tools
Availability and willingness to work overtime
Must be available to start immediately

Additional Requirements for Steelfixing & Labourer Roles:
Must have Commercial and/or Civil Experience
Minimum 3 years experience
Competency in using workshop machinery and power tools
White Card Holder
Availability and willingness to work overtime
Must be available to start immediately

You will be required to carry out Drug and Alcohol testing prior to commencement.
