Responsibilities
Represent premium brands professionally on the shop floor
Engage customers and communicate key brand messages




Drive product awareness through confident customer interaction
Support promotional events, campaigns and peak trade periods
Educate store staff on product features and selling points
Provide feedback on customer insights and store performance

Your Profile
Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brand activation
Robust understanding of department store environments
Qualified presentation and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines
Versatile and reliable approach to casual campaign work
Availability for weekends, early mornings or late-night retail setups when required
Ability to travel across Gold Coast locations as required
