Job Description
Maxi Care Plus Pty Ltd in Belconnen, ACT seeks a Family Support Worker to provide practical, emotional and social support to families, assess needs and work with Social Workers to develop tailored plans.
You will assist with safety plans, referrals and advocacy to access services within the community.
Applicants should have a Certificate III/IV in Community Services or Diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, WWCC and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
