Maintenance Supervisor / Food Manufacturing - Clayton
We are recruiting for an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto join a busyfood manufacturing site in Claytonon acontract basis.
This is an excellent chance for a maintenance professional with strong leadership and technical skills, with responsibility for leading a team of maintenance trades across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdowns and work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
This is aday shift position, working Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm.This is a great role for someonewith strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate maintenance trades
Manage preventative and proactive maintenance
Oversee breakdowns, fault finding and repairs
Manage maintenance requests and work orders
Drive Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement
Manage rosters, spare parts and maintenance coverage

About You
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Food manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS
Relevant trade or engineering qualification
