Job Description
UNSW Kensington Campus is seeking a Senior Business CX Analyst (D365 CRM), a technically focused business analyst who acts as the product owner between business stakeholders and the delivery team to ensure CRM solutions meet business requirements.
You will define requirements, configure the CRM, oversee data and process improvements, support change leadership, and advise on integration with core UNSW systems.
Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems with 1 direct report.
