Southern Downs Regional Council in Warwick (QLD) seeks a Built Setting Officer to support the Built Environment Team with administration of building, plumbing and drainage applications and to help implement procedures and legislation.
You will undertake preliminary assessment of applications to determine if they are properly made, issue notices where required, and contribute to efficient regulatory processes.
