Full-Time Gym Manager

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and confident Full-Time Gym Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of one of our gyms.

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for running the gym independently, looking after our members and ensuring the facility is clean, welcoming and operating smoothly.
Reliable, responsible and self-motivated.
Confident working independently without needing constant supervision.
Friendly, approachable and comfortable talking to people.
Comfortable with sales and signing up new members
Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Confident using computers, email and basic office systems.
Comfortable dealing with missed payments and difficult or unusual situations.
Willing to get their hands dirty and keep the gym and bathrooms clean.
Someone who takes pride in their workplace and genuinely cares about the member experience.
Able to identify problems and take initiative to resolve them.





Fitness Qualifications – Bonus Having current qualifications that allow you to work as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor will be highly regarded. This could provide opportunities to assist with, PT sessions, group classes and other fitness activities within the gym.
