MAZI Brighton has a excellent chance for a front of house person to progress their career in one of Brighton's most successful hospitality venues.

Must be able to work 5 days a week, 9am-3pm including both Saturday and Sunday. Must have previous cafe experience.

Position is for 30 hours per week.

Typical duties will include
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and skilled manner.

Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.
Providing exceptional service by answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
Quick on your feet and abject keep calm under pressure.
