About the role
Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

About you
Passion for People: customer-focused with a solid commitment to providing exceptional service
Communication Skills: outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills
Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience:



at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA
Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
