ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage customers through the complete new vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to presentation, test drive, negotiation, sale and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Following up enquiries and maximising sales opportunities
Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
Achieving individual and dealership targets




Developing repeat and referral business
Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records
Working closely with Finance & Insurance and dealership management
Providing an exceptional customer experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Previous sales experience is essential.
Automotive sales experience is highly regarded; however, we are also interested in proven salespeople from other industries who have the ability and drive to succeed in automotive retail.
