Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Area Manager for Northern NSW to lead a diverse portfolio of leisure and recreation facilities.
You will coach Venue Managers, drive customer experiences, manage budgets and contract outcomes, and shape strategic plans across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will partner with councils and community groups to deliver sustainable growth, build high-performing teams, and influence performance across the region.
