Job Description
HCA Youth in Queensland is seeking a compassionate casual Residential Youth Worker to support children in out-of-home care.
You will build trusting relationships, manage behaviours linked to trauma, and work across AM/PM/night shifts on a roster.
This role offers stability in a casual environment with emergency shifts and solid supervision.
You will assist with daily living, transport, health needs, and participate in trauma-informed care frameworks while collaborating with a multidisciplinary
