Key functions
n

- Provide support in the delivery of nursing care as directed by the Doctor
n
- Assist Doctors with patient care
n
- Contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
n
- Communicate effectively with patients and other health care team members in accordance with appropriate protocol
n
- ECG's (training provided)
n
- Spirometry (training provided)
n
- Hearing/Eye testing
n




- straightforward wound dressings
n
- Assist in minor procedures
n
- Assist in the collection of clinical data as allocated by a Doctor
n
- patient history
n
- specific patient observations
n
- Document patient procedures in progress notes
n
- Sterilisation of instruments
n
- Stock and maintain doctors rooms
n
- Maintain the appearance and function of equipment in Treatment room and throughout surgery
n
- Promote and maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients
n
- General duties as required by Doctors and Practice Manager
