Job Description
Surrey Downs Community Children's Centre is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our 50-place, not-for-profit community service and guide educational practice alongside the Director.
You will mentor educators in planning, programming and reflective practice, promote high-quality child-focused learning experiences, and support room leaders to build confidence and skilled practice.
We actively pursue QIP and continuous improvement with EYLF embedding across the service.
