Key Responsibilities
Providehigh-quality education and carein a play-based learning environment.
Build and maintainpositive, supportive relationshipswith children, families, and colleagues.
Promote and protect the safety, rights, and wellbeing of every child, reporting any concerns in accordance with child protection regulations.
Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team.
Contribute to programming, documentation,



and daily reflections.
Support children's individual needs in a calm, responsive, and respectful manner.
About You (The Applicant)
Must Have:
A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning, safety, and wellbeing.
A solid understanding ofchild protection principlesand a willingness to uphold achild-safe culture.
A positive work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
A validWorking with Children Check.
AnACECQA-recognised qualificationin Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards one).
Would Be Nice to Have:
Previous experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.
Experience in programming, observations, and maintaining daily journals.
