Estimator / Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction
Brisbane-based commercial construction company seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in estimating, project coordination, or a similar construction role.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, tender submissions and project budgets.
Review plans, specifications, scopes of work and subcontractor/supplier quotations.
Coordinate projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with procurement, variations, purchase orders, scheduling and project documentation.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts and construction documentation.
Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: $56,759.89 – $116,722.24 per year
