They’re growing, and we’re seeking driven Recruitment Consultants to join their Springwood-based team.

This is a pivotal, client-facing role covering both ends of the recruitment process — building lasting client relationships and connecting great candidates with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Build and grow solid relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Independently source, assess and interview candidates, matching skills and aspirations to the right roles
Negotiate offers and terms to secure successful placements




Identify and win recent business, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth
Manage recruitment projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines and ensuring a great candidate and client experience
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM and report regularly on progress
Uphold high standards of compliance and best practice across every placement

About You
Proven experience in recruitment or a related client/candidate-facing field, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
Confident using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence
