We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Mental Health Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with mental health challenges on an Subcontoring base. This role involves assisting participants to achieve their goals, increase independence, build community connections, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support to participants in their homes and within the community.
Assist participants with social and recreational activities.
Support participants to attend appointments and community-based programs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development.
Maintain skilled boundaries and positive working relationships.
Complete accurate progress notes and incident reports.
Follow participant support plans and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in mental health support.
Certificate IV in Mental Health, Community Services, Disability, or a related qualification.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.




Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage challenging situations professionally.
Willing to obtain Yellow Card

Highly Desirable
Mental Health First Aid Certification.
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities.
Knowledge of the NDIS and recovery-oriented practices.
