About the role A disability support worker role providing personal care, in-home supports and community access services to disability and aged care clients, with a focus on encouraging client independence and delivering personalised assistance.

Key responsibilities
Encourage client independence
Provide in-home supports including cleaning and assistance with domestic activities
Assist with meals and snack preparation
Perform house duties including laundry and empty pet litter trays
Travel to appointments
Provide community access
Provide social support

About you
Experience working with disability and aged care clients is mandatory
Cert IV in Disability Services, Mental Health, Home & Community Care or Aged Care Services or Individual Support is mandatory
Current Australian driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance
Fluent in English
