Are you an experienced and compassionate support worker passionate about supporting people with disabilities and making a positive difference in people's lives?

Alpha Care and Share is currently seeking a Disability Support Worker to support NDIS participants in North Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
Support participants with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, and community participation
Encourage independence while ensuring a secure and supportive environment
Implement strategies from Positive Behaviour Support plans
Accurately complete documentation and shift notes
Provide respectful and culturally sensitive care

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience supporting individuals with Muscular dystrophy
Manual Handling Certificate and experience
Ventilator/CPAP Monitoring experience
Confident in driving in Brisbane.
Availabilities during weekdays Morning, Afternoon and Night
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable,



punctual, and qualified
Flexible availability and a solid commitment to person-centred careMandatory Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
