Job Description

Sonder Executive has been exclusively engaged to recruit a Factory Manager for a large scale FMCG plant on Melbourne's west. You will lead the Production Management team, own safety, quality, delivery, cost and setting, and report to the Site Director on strategic site performance.

The role requires a proven leader of leaders with multi-shift FMCG experience, solid change management, and capability to drive continuous improvement.
