We are looking for an creative educator with a passion for developing learners using a variety of teaching and learning methodologies.

The successful applicant will have/be:
have a Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (approved by ACECQA) minimum qualification
be an active and committed member of a Christian Church;
be committed to the ministry of Christian schooling;
be an energetic, highly motivated self-starter;
be Part time, eager to be part of a growing creative and creative ELC team;
have a sound knowledge of NQF and EYLF, Play, Inquiry and Project Based Learning;
understand Reggio Emilia Approach and Nature Education;
be nurturing and friendly interaction with children,



dedicated to the pastoral care;
be resilient, resourceful and positive problem solver;
be flexible, team-oriented and have teamwork skills;
available and engaged to work while the service is open; and
be highly creative in developing and implementing curricular plans.
have adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children
have the ability to effectively supervise service operations, by actively responding to arising matters while following the service director’s guidance, goals and core instructions.
