About the RoleWorking within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing for older Australians.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care within scope of practice
Support residents’ independence, dignity and overall wellbeing
Assist with assessments, care planning and ongoing monitoring
Administer medications and treatments as delegated
Monitor and report changes in clinical condition
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with RNs, PCAs, GPs and allied health professionals




Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives
Adhere to infection control, WHS and aged care standards

About You
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Full working rights - No Sponsorship offered
Experience in aged care
Strong understanding of person-centred care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Solid clinical observation and assessment ability
Flexible to work a rotating roster (incl. weekends & public holidays)

Desirable
Previous experience in residential aged care
Familiarity with electronic care systems
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
Understanding of manual handling / No Lift principles
Experience in rural or regional healthcare
