The program provides supervised clinical and operational learning across wards, QUM activities, and pharmacy operations to apply academic knowledge in a real-world hospital setting.
Participants gain patient-centered care insights, teamwork experience, and development of qualified and communication skills while completing 76 hours per fortnight in a hospital setting.
