About the opportunity

Our client is a global premium consumer electronics and lifestyle business seeking an E-Commerce Lead to own digital execution across Australia and Current Zealand across one of their significant brands. This is a hands-on role focused on website performance, campaign delivery, CRM and insights.You will report to the E-Commerce Retail Trade Marketing Manager and act as the local digital subject matter expert.

What you will do
Own day-to-day operation and optimisation of ANZ e-commerce websites
Improve merchandising, content, customer journeys and site health
Execute paid search, paid social, SEO, email and CRM activity
Partner with brand marketing on campaign planning, briefing and on-brand EDMs
Manage agency relationships and campaign performance reporting
Build acquisition and retention journeys using CRM automation
Maintain dashboards covering conversion, traffic, ROAS, AOV and CAC




Support platform upgrades, testing and new digital capability rollouts
Resolve escalated website, payment and online customer issues
Work with customer service to lift satisfaction and NPS
Collaborate with marketing, sales, category and supply chain on launches and promotions

What you will bring
Degree in Marketing, Digital, Commerce or similar
2+ years' e-commerce or digital marketing experience
Strong GA4 and digital platform knowledge
Agency management and stakeholder communication skills
Solid project management and analytical capability
Baseline comfort using AI to work faster and improve quality
Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have
Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar CMS
Consumer electronics or FMCG background
CRM automation, SEO or paid media depth
Website optimisation project experience
