Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg is seeking a senior People & Culture leader to oversee HR across three venues.
The role requires strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in workforce planning, employee relations and culture initiatives, while supporting managers on floor issues and leading changes across the group.
You will shape people strategy, drive engagement and ensure compliant, contemporary employment practices across Bundaberg, Woodgate and Burnett venues.
