The Role Suitable applicants will ideally be positive, motivated and skilled Early Childhood educators who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers, early career teachers and graduates who demonstrate sound Early Childhood knowledge and a commitment to developing their practice.
Applicants should have a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Western Australian Curriculum, and be able to create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments. We value teachers who can balance play‐based learning across Kindergarten to Year2 with purposeful, evidence‐informed teaching of early literacy and numeracy.
Applicants should be able to use assessment and student data to identify learning needs and target teaching, while drawing on children's strengths,



interests and experiences to make learning engaging and meaningful. Strong relationships with students, families and colleagues are central to our school. Knowledge of the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework and trauma informed practice will be highly regarded.
