You will play a hands-on role on high-rise residential projects, helping coordinate workers and trades on site.
You will work closely with the Site Supervisor and project team to keep daily work safe, organised, and on schedule.

ResponsibilitiesLeadand support workers and trades on daily site activitiesCarry out hands-on construction work while guiding the site teamCoordinate work areas and ensure tasks are completed in the right sequenceRead and follow construction drawings, plans, andspecificationsSupportstructure and/or finishing works on high-rise residential projectsCheck the quality of work and ensure it meets project standardsHelp keep work on schedule and report any delays or site issuesMaintain safe work practices and ensure site safety rules are followedCoordinate with subcontractors and other trades as requiredIdentify and resolve day-to-day site issues with the Site SupervisorKeep work areas clean, organised, and ready for the next stageReport daily progress and any site concerns to the SiteSupervisorQualifications510years of construction experience,



preferably in high-rise residential projectsStrong experience in structure and/or finishing worksTrade qualification or relevant construction trade background preferredPrevious experience as a Leading Hand, Senior Tradesperson, or similar site leadership roleAbility to read and understand construction drawingsGood knowledge of site safety and safe work practicesAbility to lead workers and coordinate withsubcontractorsStrongpractical skills and attention to qualityGood communication and problem-solving skillsReliable, organised, and willing to work as part of a site teamWhy Join Us?
