IRT Aged Care Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise person-centred care for residents in a 24-hour aged care community in NSW. You will monitor care needs, participate in assessments, and support the accreditation process with a focus on dignity and compassion.

Current Division 1 registration with AHPRA is required. The role requires robust communication, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to aged care and residents’ goals.
