About the Role

Our Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC) Services are on the lookout for qualified Educators to join our supportive and compassionate team on a casual basis.

Role details:
Multiple casual positions available for an immediate start
Locations: OSHC & ELC in Illawarra & Macarthur areas
Salary ranges from $32.74 per hour up to $39.37 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications) Worker Retention Payment
Work flexible schedule that suit you, from 6:30 am - 9:30 am and 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The duties and responsibilities include:
Provide children with a secure, secure, interactive, welcoming and nurturing environment
Collaborate with a team of up to 10 to ensure the best outcomes for children and families




Working closely with the Coordinator to develop, implement and evaluate the daily care routines and activities for children
Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and families
