About the role

Southern Sheet & Coil is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent full time basis at our site. In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

No experience is required. Full on the job training will be provided!

Key responsibilities
Handling phone and email sales enquiries
Building relationships with customers
Preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating and entering orders.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
Assisting our external sales team in processing customer queries/accounts

What we're looking for
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
Knowledge of the steel industry will be an advantage
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
