Our client's are well-established home builder's recognised for their quality homes, award-winning designs, and exceptional customer experience. With continued growth, they are looking to add experienced Sales Consultants to their display home program.

Up to $100K + Super + uncapped commission paid on contract signed

Established systems and processes with information readily available to consultants

Choose where you want to work - Locations include Bridgeman Downs, Greenbank, Springfield and Burpengary

About the Role
n

Welcome and guide customers through the display & home-building journey
n
Manage your sales pipeline effectively and follow up on leads
n
Present tenders and answer any queries clients may have
n
Maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM records
n
Weekend work is required
n

About You
n
n
Proven new home sales experience with a residential builder in a display workplace
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
The ability to have a proactive approach to identifying and maximising sales opportunities
n
Experience reading floor plans and consulting on moderate design changes
