Job Description
RACV Bendigo is seeking an experienced Retail Travel Sales Consultant to join our leisure team in Bendigo.
You will create personalised travel itineraries, manage the customer experience from start to finish, and promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and travel insurance.
You will build relationships with customers in person and online, handle enquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments and cancellations, and facilitate domestic and international bookings using Amadeus GDS.
