An established Australian organisation undergoing significant digital transformation is looking for a Salesforce Functional Specialist to help shape and optimise its eCommerce platform.
This is a business-facing role combining Salesforce configuration, solution design and eCommerce, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams across both B2B and B2C customer journeys.
What you'll do
Configure and optimise Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including catalogues, pricing, promotions, search and checkout
Gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions
Support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management
Drive platform improvements, automation and customer experience
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues

Support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management
Drive platform improvements, automation and customer experience
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues
What we're looking for
Strong Salesforce functional/configuration experience
Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud – B2B and/or B2C
Strong eCommerce and digital customer journey knowledge
Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, security and integrations
Revenue Cloud, Apex/SOQL knowledge and Salesforce certifications are advantageous
