Swan Hill Smiles Dental Practice is looking for a warm, confident and highly organised Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to become an important part of our team. For this position, attitude and customer service come first. You may already be an experienced dental receptionist or dental assistant looking to move into reception. You may come from medical reception, allied health, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.

Confidence speaking with patients in person and over the phone

About you
A genuinely warm, friendly and professional manner
Great with people, reliable and eager to learn
Dental,
medical or allied-health experience is highly regarded
Already a dental assistant or dental receptionist, or have worked in medical or allied-health reception, or have built exceptional customer-service skills elsewhere
