As Design Manager you will lead the development, coordination and assurance of multidisciplinary design solutions from tender through to project completion, collaborating with construction, commercial and leadership teams.
You will champion design excellence, manage consultants and stakeholders, and ensure protected, compliant, buildable outcomes aligned with project objectives while mentoring engineers on a high-performing team.
