Job Description

LEAP Legal Software seeks a Client Success Manager in Sydney to support law firms using LEAP's productivity solutions. You will nurture client relationships, demonstrate features, manage accounts, and drive retention and growth through in office and online engagements.

The role requires 2+ years of law firm experience, solid relationship and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across Australia; prior LEAP experience is a plus.
