15th September, 2026/n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join a well-established residential building business within the Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) space.

About the role /n You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their build journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
Building strong and trusted relationships with KDR customers

Providing regular and clear updates throughout the building journey

/n
Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

/n
Managing customer concerns with empathy, confidence and professionalism

/n
Liaising with internal teams to obtain accurate updates for clients

/n
Setting explicit expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process

/n
Delivering a consistently high level of customer service from start to finish

/n About you

/n To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:/n

Previous customer experience within the Knockdown Rebuild space

/n
Strong knowledge of the residential building customer journey

/n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/n
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

/n
Confidence managing customer expectations and difficult conversations

A proactive and solutions-focused approach

/n
Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
