Malpass Hotel is looking for a casual Cook & All-Rounder to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but we’re also happy to consider someone with a great attitude who is willing to learn.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting the team during busy service periods
General hospitality and venue duties when required
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

What we're looking for:
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Good communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure




Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
