The Role

Chief Operating Office. Full time, Sydney NSW, hybrid.

You will own Legal, HR, Operations and finance for a growing SaaS business. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, and manage month-end and year-end reporting cycles.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
Manage commercial contracts, customer and partner agreements, and legal matters with external counsel.
Maintain compliance,



internal controls and governance across the business.
Improve operational processes and systems so the business can scale.
Lead and develop the finance and operations team.

About you
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. CA or CPA preferred.
Senior finance experience in SaaS, including subscription revenue, ARR and SaaS metrics.
Startup or scale-up SaaS experience. You are comfortable building processes from the ground up.
Robust legal and contractual experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Solid analytical and modelling skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A cooperative team player who builds strong working relationships across the business.
Clear communicator who can present complex information simply to leadership and the board.
