Location: Sydney or Melbourne (hybrid/remote within these markets)

Engagement: Contract/ Retainer, 2–3 days per week. Concurrent roles welcome.

Remuneration: $4,000/month retainer + uncapped commission. Equity option available with strong performance.

About our client

Our client is an early-stage AI services company. They build AI agents and deliver AI consulting and training. The founding team are technology and business executives who have built, scaled and sold companies. The business has an established client base and services portfolio, and the founders work alongside the business development lead on opportunities.

Who this is for

This role is for someone with an existing book of business in mid-sized organisations and a network they can open doors in from the start. You'll bring the relationships; the company brings the offering, delivery capability and founder support.

What you'll bring
10+ years in business development, sales or revenue growth, in the technology sector
A current book of business and active relationships in mid-sized organisations
A track record selling services, consulting or advisory work
Working familiarity with AI and how businesses are adopting it
Startup or scale-up experience (highly regarded)





What you'll do
Open conversations through your network and convert them into pipeline for our agent, consulting and training offerings
Own current business from first contact to close
Work with the founders to shape go-to-market as we scale
