A freelance audio engineer is required for an urgent in office AV programming and commissioning project in Parramatta, Western Sydney. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing a Bose ControlSpace system, including the ESP-880 processor, PM8250 amplifier, CC-64 controller, and Bluetooth input. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of the system, supporting a high-quality audio experience across multiple speaker zones.

Responsibilities
Back up the current Bose ControlSpace configuration
Identify and document all speaker zones within the venue
Route Bluetooth input to designated speaker zones as required
Program the CC-64 controller for independent zone volume and mute control
Test and commission the completed system to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during setup
Collaborate on-site with stakeholders to confirm requirements and deliverables

Skills And Requirements
Proven experience with Bose ControlSpace systems, including ESP-880,



PM8250, and CC-64
Robust AV programming and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret and modify audio routing and zone configurations
Familiarity with Bluetooth audio integration in commercial AV environments
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
