The Role Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part-time to be responsible for the productive, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing.
Responsibilities - Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
Conduct high volumes of data processing. Required - Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
Ability to hit KPI's in a rapid paced data processing workplace.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
Highly developed verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
